Seller Terms

Listing requirements

You must own the asset or be authorised to sell it, and it must be free of undisclosed liens. Provide an accurate title, category, condition, location and honest description.

Each lot supports up to 40 photos and videos with a minimum of 3 photos. Media must show the actual item, including known defects.

Review and scheduling

Submitted listings enter admin review. Once approved you can schedule the sale, take it live, or close it early from your seller dashboard, subject to reserve rules.

Commission

Seller commission and any listing fees are shown before you submit. Net proceeds are remitted after buyer funds clear and the lot is released.

Inspections and access

If you publish inspection slots you must honour confirmed bookings, or cancel with reasonable notice so buyers can rebook.

Obligation to complete

A sale above reserve is binding on you. Withdrawing a sold lot, refusing release, or misrepresenting an asset may result in fees, removal of listings and account suspension.

Prohibited items

No firearms, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, live animals, stolen property or anything whose sale is restricted under federal or Florida law.
